How to Order
Shopping online at Horsing Around is very easy - just follow the steps below and wait for your order to arrive.
However, if you do not wish to order online, you can also place your order over the phone by calling our friendly customer services team on +44 (0)1686 688776 (Monday - Friday 09:00-7:00 GMT)
Find the items you wish to buy
To find an item you are looking for, either select the category where it is most likely to appear from the top navigation menu or type the name of the item you are looking for into the search box at the top of the page and press 'ENTER'.
You will be presented with a list of suitable products so you can select the item you are interested in.
Add the items to your shopping cart
When you are on the product page, you may need to select the finish, colour, payment terms etc. relating to the item you wish to buy. You then select the quantity of the item that you want (1 is the default quantity) before clicking 'ADD TO CART'.
Review your Shopping Cart
To access your Shopping Bag, click on 'VIEW CART' at the top of your screen. This will take you to a new page where you can review the items you have added, and remove items if you choose.
Please check you have selected the correct quantities at this stage. Then click 'CHECKOUT NOW' to proceed.
New customer? or a returning customer
If you are a new customer we recommend that you create an account with Horsing Around. This allows you to 'log In' and check the status of your order or shipping details, and if you place further orders it saves having to enter all your address details again. To create an account is very easy to do, just enter a password for your new account in the box provided and then retype in the box provided.
If you already have an account with Horsing Around then please sign in by clicking on the 'SIGN IN NOW' link. This will take you to the Customer Login page so you can complete this procedure.
If you have logged into your Horsing Around account then all your address details will be automatically inserted for you.
If you are a new customer then you have the option to either have your order sent to your home address, or to a delivery address. If you wish to have your order sent to a delivery address then please tick the box provided. Please remember if paying by PayPal then the delivery address provided must match the one supplied by PayPal.
Now enter your home address (normally where your credit card or PayPal account is registered), phone number and email address. When finished click on the 'NEXT' button.
In the 'Shipping and Handling' section please select the postal service you wish to use to send your order. For most overseas customers you will only have one option for Air Mail. Then is also a box proved for any 'special delivery instructions' if needed.
In the 'Terms and Conditions' section you must tick the box provided accepting our Terms and Conditions. You can easily check our Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link provided.
Finally in the 'General Information' you have the option, if you wish, to let us know how you found our web site, or the reason why you are buying from us.
When finished click on the 'NEXT' button.
Confirmation and Payment
On the 'Confirmation and Payment' page you will see the details you have provide for you home and delivery address, the postal service you wish us to send your order and any special instructions you have supplied.
PLEASE check these details carefully, and once you are sure everything is correct select the 'Payment Method' you wish to use to pay for your order and if prompted fill in the neccessary information.
When you are ready to proceed click on the 'CONFIRM ORDER' button and this will take you to the 'Receipt Page'
You can print a copy of your invoice, is you wish. You will also receive a confirmation email from Horsing Around which will contain your order number and order details.
