Testors Dullcote allows you to protect and enhance your finished project with this permanent, flat lacquer finish. It reduces sheen and light reflection, while providing invisible protection. Available either as a spray, or as a liquid, the latter can be used for air brushing when used with Testors Lacquer Thinner, or brush painting.

Testors Dullcote can be applied to models, crafts, figures, ceramic, fabric, wax, wood, metal, stone, glass, leather, paper, plastics and styrofoam.
