How can I place an order offline?
We can accept orders offline using the following various methods:
By telephone
You can call us on +44 (0)1527 894496 (Monday - Friday 09:00-9:00 GMT). Calls within the UK will be charged at standard rates. Calls outside the UK will probably be charged by your phone provider at International Rates.
By fax
You can fax us on +44 (0)1527 892045. Calls within the UK will be charged at standard rates. Calls outside the UK will probably be charged by your phone provider at International Rates. We hope to answer all fax enquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
By post

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Normally orders received through Horsing Around are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 7 working days of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the delivery option that you select and where you reside, your products will usually be with you between 15 to 20 working days.
A noticable exception to this would be orders containing fine bone china. These items are not held in stock as each piece is individually crafted and painted by hand. Normally these orders received through Horsing Around are processed within 6 - 8 weeks unless instructed otherwise.
