Where do you deliver to?

Horsing around will normally send goods anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed when using our Online Store please click so that this oversight can be corrected. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.



Can I send things to another address?

We are happy to deliver your order to another address other than your own. So if you want to send a gift to someone, take your delivery at work for convenience or have you goods sent direct to an artist then you`ll have the option to tell us during the checkout process.



Delivery Methods

United Kingdom - For those of you living in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands you have the following delivery methods. There is LIMITED standard insurance options on parcels containing resin and china through our couriers.

  • 1st Class Post
    This option is for parcels within the UK under 1Kg in weight. Delivery normally within 3 working days. Compensation of up to £28 may be paid for loss or damage.
  • Standard Parcel
    Cheapest option for parcels within the UK over 1Kg in weight. Delivery normally within 3 - 5 working days. Compensation of up to £20 may be paid for loss or damage on resin and loss only on china.

    Europe - For those of you living in Europe we have the following delivery methods. There is NO insurance option on parcels containing resin and china through our couriers.

  • Air Mail
    Europe wide delivery normally within 3 to 10 working days. This is the cheapest option for parcels to Europe up to 2Kg in weight.
  • Euro 48
    Europe wide delivery with 2 working days. Available for parcels over 2Kg in weight, with parcel tracking facilities. If total weight of your goods exceed 2Kg and delivery speed is not important put 'Ship items seperately if cheaper' into the special delivery instruction box provided.

    Overseas - For those of you living Oversea we have the following delivery methods. There is NO insurance option on parcels containing resin and china through our couriers.

  • Air Mail
    World wide delivery to over 280 countries normally within 3 to 10 working days. This is the cheapest option for parcels world wide up to 2Kg in weight.
  • International Scheduled
    World Wide delivery and is the main option for parcels over 2Kg in weight. Delivery is within 3 - 5 working days with parcel tracking facilities to the USA, 7 - 10 working days for other destinations. If total weight of your goods exceed 2Kg and delivery speed is not important put 'Ship items seperately if cheaper' into the special delivery instruction box provided.



    Delivery Charges

    The Horsing Around Online Store calculates the delivery cost for you based on the combined weight of the goods, box and packaging. When you "Check Out" from our Online Store you will be asked which country you reside in. Once this information has been entered the program will give you the deliver cost or a choice of delivery costs, if applicable.



    When can I expect my order to arrive?

    Normally orders received through Horsing Around are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 7 working days of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the delivery option that you select and where you reside, your products will usually be with you between 15 to 20 working days.

    A noticable exception to this would be orders containing fine bone china. These items are not held in stock as each piece is individually crafted and painted by hand. Normally these orders received through Horsing Around are processed within 6 - 8 weeks unless instructed otherwise.



    Only part of my order has arrived?

    If you have not received the entire order as detailed on the packing list, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.



    Lost Packages

    Even though packages are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 21 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.

    Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Horsing Around.
